How am I going to track my shipment?

We will ship your orders via UPS. We understand that you want to keep track of your order. So once your order has been fulfilled, we will email you the tracking information and tracking link.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Absolutely! If you prefer picking up your order, you have that option upon checking out.

Am I going to pay for shipping?

When placing an order to be shipped, shipping charges will be applied. Shipping charges will depend on how far your shipping address is from us.

Why am I charged tax on my purchase?

We charge sales tax in selected states as required by law. Taxes will be calculated upon checkout

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with credit cards, and other payment types such as Shopify Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How can I return the mattress and get refunded?

Before you can return the mattress, we ask that you use it first for 30 days after you received it. It takes some time to get used to your new mattress, that’s why we give 30 days for you to get comfortable with it.

If by then it’s still not a good fit, please contact us through chat on our website. After verifying the eligibility of the return, we will work together on scheduling a pick-up with a local charity. This way, someone in need can get a new mattress! Don’t worry, you will get refunded once we receive the proof of donation. Please make sure that the mattress is in donatable condition.

What if the dimensions of the bed I bought do not fit?

We give accurate dimensions of our mattresses to make sure that it’s the right ones for you. We advise that you measure your bed frame to make sure that you can choose the right mattress for it. We are not able to exchange mattresses with different dimensions. We are not responsible for the incorrect size upon purchase and will not be eligible for refund.

How does the 100-day trial work?

We offer a 100-day trial with our mattresses so that you won’t have to worry about the risks of buying online! This means that you have 100 days from the date of purchase to decide if our mattress is for you. For the first 30 days, your body will adjust to your new mattress. If after the 30 days the mattress is still not good for you, you can contact us through chat so we can schedule a pick up for you and get refunded. If you still can’t decide after sleeping on our mattress for 30 days, don’t worry! You still have 70 days left to decide if it’s for you. See? Risk-free.

What is your mattress warranty?

Aside from our 100-day trial, we offer a 10-year limited warranty on our mattress. For concerns regarding your mattress warranty coverage, email us at support@cyrusrvmattress.com

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are not refundable

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that you might want to change your mind and need to cancel your order. Although it is possible to have it canceled, we need to confirm first the status of the order. Please contact us through chat to verify eligibility of cancellation.

How long will I get my refund?

You will receive your refund in your original payment method. Although we process refunds immediately to you, refunds will depend on your original payment method. Banks need to process the refunds and have the amount reflected on your account. The time to process varies for each bank.

Can I return my mattress if it’s already damaged upon being delivered?

We’re sorry if your mattress was damaged upon delivery. We understand that this can be upsetting, so we will provide you with a full refund. All we ask is that you provide us with a picture as proof and have it emailed to us along with your proof of purchase to support@cyrusrvmattress.com. Once approved, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method. Please note that your refund might take a few days depending on your bank’s policies.
