Warranty Policy

Cyrus RV Mattress takes great pleasure in providing the greatest goods and customer service in the business. Unfortunately, even the best quality items can fail and exhibit indications of wear or a manufacturing fault at times. But no worries! We got your back. Our mattresses are backed by a 10-year warranty. The warranty starts on the day you purchase the mattress and is non-transferable. If a fault develops during the warranty term, Cyrus RV Mattress will happily repair or replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.

The Warranty Covers:

  • Defects or deterioration in the structure of the foam.
  • Defects that caused the material to split or break despite normal usage and proper handling
  • Comfort impressions greater than 1” (one inch).
  • Sagging, even with normal use, signs of premature sagging is evident.
  • The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal increase of softness after a reasonable break-in period.
  • Normal decrease of recovery after a reasonable break-in period.
  • Mattress fabric due to normal wear and tear.
  • Any stains. Please note that stains will void your warranty
  • Bed height.
  • Sheet fit.
  • Comfort impressions less than the minimum impressions described in "Warranty Coverage"above.
  • Mattress damage due to an improper foundation or support.
  • A mattress compressed for an extended period of time. Mattresses should be left compressed for 60 days or longer.
  • Mattress handles. Please do not use the handles to lift the mattress as this is not intended for lifting. 
  • Loose threads. Finding loose threads is normal and will not, in any way, affect the quality, longevity and performance of your mattress.
  • All warranties aforementioned herein shall not be applied if the product shows that it has been physically stained, damaged, burned, saturated with moisture, abused, cut or torn. Cyrus RV Mattress reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells the product, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as is" and "with all faults." Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.
